非常棒的住宿體驗，位置在上野車站附近、附早餐而且還提供外帶、有會中文的員工、隔壁是房家燒肉、不想吃飯店早餐隔壁有平價咖啡廳，還很貼心的在大廳提供筷子??（很重要），下次到東京還打算選擇這里入住

門口的服務人員非常親切，?房間乾凈舒適還有附贈的早餐也非常的美味可口哦，??
?飯店離上野車站非常近附近吃的好逛的都非常多
??轉個彎有居酒屋也有整棟的UNIQLO跟GU很好買

Stayed at this Tokyo hotel, typical in size for the city, but very convenient. The location is excellent—right behind the market and next to a FamilyMart, making it easy to grab anything you need. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The bathtub is a good size, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The only downside is that the curtain doesn’t completely block out light, so if you prefer a very dark room for sleeping, it might be a little bright.

The hotel location is good and near to okachimachi and ueno station.It was like in the middle of both train station.The room was clean and alot of amenities provided. A reception staff (girl) is not so friendly and her face expression is not welcoming guest. Refridgerator in our room is not so functioning; not cold at all.But overall was ok.

地點很棒，搭JR到上野御徒町駅比上野駅近，最近的地鐵出入口是銀座線上野廣小路站，步行2分鐘，可是東京地鐵不像臺灣簡單，反方向就是對面月臺，可能是別的出入口。穿過阿美橫丁離京成上野駅也很近～
大廳有備品任君挑選，房間空間很小，浴室空間很小，不過熱水冷氣都很充足，早餐還行。出門轉個彎就是阿美橫丁，買東西吃東西逛藥妝很方便～

Located near several lines of subway, very convenient. Can take Keisei Skyliner directly from Narita, only around 40 mins. Room is a bit compact but very clean. The staff did the cleaning everyday, neatly. Breakfast is easy but good, you can also take it on the go.

早餐是五個套餐選一，房間的洗漱和沐浴用品在大堂可以自取。酒店的位置很好，離地鐵站很近，出門，吃飯都很方便。前臺還有中文和行李寄存服務。

Fantastic location near Ueno and Okachimachi stations, with Ameyoko market just around the corner. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable.

Only chose Sardonyx for its proximity to the Skyliner. That's about all there is to recommend it. Wildly overpriced; in fact disgustingly so for cramped rooms, crowded filthy lobby with bins overflowing with rubbish, inedible breakfast that is so bad I just threw my breakfast vouchers away after the first visit. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in on many visits to Japan. To get an idea of the terrible state of the rooms, you can have a look at the photos. Wallpaper torn and peeling away, disgusting mould in the bathroom, plus all the coffee stains on the walls you can think of. Should have been refunded. For nearly ￡100 a night, it's a disgrace.
